Confirmed Service Customer
I have taken my vehicle to Novato Chevy for 5 years of service. Always scheduled a time. On this day, I was scheduled for 10:15am. Arrived at 10:00am. Oil change and differential front & rear oil change. I asked for a time frame. Probably by the end of the day. I should been told in advance the service was behind schedule. Very poor communication. Completed service at 4:30pm. No more than an hours work. Next time I may go somewhere else, or never schedule any service after 8:00am. Unacceptable. Lesson learned on my part.
