Drove 60 miles for the advertised price for a model that was available at my local dealer. Test drove and was ready to buy, sat down with the salesman and was given an inflated price due to dealer mark up. Thanked the salesman for his time but said I would not pay markup due to a large supply of this model that I would look elsewhere, then the game started, let me talk to my manager and he game back with 2 out of 3 mark ups eliminated. There was several other issues that I could list but I won’t go into detail. The pressure continued all the way through the finance end of the transition as well. So in closing, I love my car, have been buying GM since 1979 and probably won’t be the last but I will not be returning or recommending anyone to Novato Chevrolet
