I bough my vehicle 2021, new, so far have 3 recalls, a brake problem that has been no resolve so far, even when I identify and report the problem since I got the car. They put a new battery on mycar and charge me for it when I bough an extended warranty plan that is supposed to be valid for 70,000 miles or 6 years.The light engine is on, they did not addressed this problem either.

Novato made this an easy switch to GM after 20 years of driving Japanese and German vehicles. The entire Novota team was great. From sales, price negotiation, to signing -- personable and direct. In particular, we found Joel Wandner to be a great salesperson. Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. With his long experience with EVs, Joel made it very easy to switch to the Bolt EUV. Sam Lee provided the straightforward financial information, we needed to rationally choose among our alternatives (we did look at other competing EVs). We appreciate his directness. I have taken my vehicle to Novato Chevy for 5 years of service. Always scheduled a time. On this day, I was scheduled for 10:15am. Arrived at 10:00am. Oil change and differential front & rear oil change. I asked for a time frame. Probably by the end of the day. I should been told in advance the service was behind schedule. Very poor communication. Completed service at 4:30pm. No more than an hours work. Next time I may go somewhere else, or never schedule any service after 8:00am. Unacceptable. Lesson learned on my part.
