Great Job Novato Chevrolet! I ordered a new 2018 Camaro 2SS convertible with a special color combo and fully loaded in April this year. My sales rep Ciro, and the management team of Adam, Zach, and Martin were really helpful and stayed in good communication over the build time. I was a little impatient, but they were great every time I called/emailed and answered every question. Car delivered exactly as ordered in just under 8 weeks. (That's pretty fast!) It came in late on a Friday afternoon. I was out of town for the weekend, but I was able to come in late Sunday afternoon and take it for a drive. They had a service tech come in special on Saturday to prep it in anticipation of my first drive that Sunday. Ciro did a great walk through of the car with me, then we drove it from the dealership to a gas station where Ciro filled the tank with Premium. Then out for some fun. Came back to the dealership on Monday morning with my 4.5 year old in tow. We got everything done easily and quickly. Was very happy with my deal. They were also really good with my slightly impatient little one. Toys, snacks, TV... Whatever she wanted to stay happy. There were a few dealer-installed options that they went to work on right away that Monday. A couple were pretty big/complicated installs. But they had made sure they had all the parts on hand to time with delivery of the car and did them perfectly. They even installed a couple of other OEM/GM parts I provided to make the car truly mine. Wednesday afternoon I picked up the car. Completed EXACTLY the way I wanted, and beautifully detailed. Thanks again to all at Novato Chevrolet for delivering my dream car. I'm looking forward to continuing the relationship throughout my ownership.
Ciro, Martin, Zach and Adam were all a pleasure to work with. They stayed late two nights in a row to get the deal done. Ciro and Martin followed up several times the week after my purchase to make sure I was pleased.
Novato Chevrolet was great. They were very busy the day we came in, but they found time for us. Joe was very helpful and had a very helpful but not high pressure sales approach. We appreciated his information and his help as well as his approach. We also appreciated Zach for helping out on our transaction and taking a few minutes to come over and say thank you. From the moment I walked into the showroom I knew it would be a good experience...greeted immediately with a smile and laughter. The sale experience was professional, without pressure and very enjoyable, like working with old friends. I did not walk in with the intention to buy that day and walked out owning a beautiful new car---not because I felt pressured but because it was made so easy, in a good way. If all dealerships embraced the model Novato Chevrolet does there would be less dread about buying cars.

Joe was an excellent sales person. Very helpful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. I was disappointed in the follow up service. I had a simple question that nobody seemed to want to take the time to answer.
When I got there initially, Alina Jordan came out to help me. I explained that I was supposed to meet with Mark Sizemore, she told me he was not in, but she would be happy to help me. She was very pleasant to work with, and a lot of help. I also worked with Zach, who made the final deal. I was astonished at the extra work that he put in. No other dealer had gone online to find exactly the car I wanted, and no other dealer had even asked if I would consider a lease. Those two actions are what got me to lease this car. Both Alina and Zach were excellent. After driving off the lot, Alina found that I had left the parking sticker on my old car's windshield and called me to see if I needed it. I did, and I was very glad she had noticed that.
I moved from the east coast last year and needed the next scheduled maintenance for my car. I could not have asked for an easier trip for service! It’s wonderful to know there are great dealerships here.

I ordered my 2018 Camaro 2SS convertible in a special color combination and fully loaded. Ordered on 04/17/18. Delivered to the dealership late Friday of 06/15/18. Just under 8 weeks! That’s fast! I was out of town over that weekend, but as of Monday 06/18/18 the above team of people worked with the service department to insure that the dealer-installed options were done quickly and perfectly. (Difficult options to get done: the OEM Ground Effects kit and the front 6-piston Brembo brake kits.). They also installed a couple of extra GM/OEM parts I provided. Car was completed, detailed, and truly mine on 6/20/18. I am excited about continuing the relationship with Novato Chevrolet throughout my ownership of my new Camaro. Excellent job Novato Chevrolet.
When someone buys a car with a sticker price of almost $40K is not unreasonable to expect a loaner car... My last car was an Acura costed less. The only time it was at the shop for service during the 10 years and 104 K miles, I was offered a car for the day. It is a shame that Chevrolet does NOT offer a car when a customer comes in for warranty repairs. This is my 4th or 5th time my car has gone in for in warranty service in only 17K miles.
