Tyler, my service agent was terrific. He answered a few questions I had about my Chevy Bolt recall (technicalities that I did not understand) in plain English. The software update was done quickly. The loaner I was assigned was a brand new Chevy Equinox (I did laugh about borrowing an SUV while my EV was updated). The entire experience went smoothly and everyone in the service department friendly and helpful.
