My car was in with a check engine light on. The problem was difficult to find, and it took some time. All through it I was kept informed of the progress. Ulises could not have been nicer. Great service!

I am concerned about the battery I am getting low milage aprox 70 miles less than my friend who has a new battery installed.....I am unable to go from 80% to full charge for long trips. I am not getting the performance promised when I bought the bolt in 2020..

I think the communication between the servicing staff and interface staff with clients. After having a "major" servicing my check engine light was still on only to find out that: 1) the client coordinator had no idea it was on since the service staff didn't tell him 2) if I wanted to find out what the check engine light meant I'd need to pay an additional $240 diagnostic fee 3) was told actually the light could be a part under warranty but that part is no longer made 4) I wouldn't have to pay the diagnostic fee if something is under warranty but still need to pay to have my check engine light assessed (what?) 5) client coordinator couldn't email me a description of what he described because it was "verbal" and didn't want to put anything in writing. Very displeased with the communication and customer service.

First, my car was not serviced on 2/29. This must be the date my extended warranty company paid after I paid my $200 deductible. My car was first serviced on 2/6. Them I had some issues within a couple days and took it back. It was in the shop then from 2/12 to 2/16. I was told this additional issues had nothing to do with the service. However, considering my service prior to all this took 3 visits to get it right, I was skeptical. My last service, before this one, involved a bad oil filter that leaked all over my driveway and garage. They did finally put a new one on instead of tightening and the leak stopped. This is why I was skeptical. So I guess just bad luck for me with my last two services. I will say Kyle was great. I’m thinking he may not have been in control of what was happening with my car. I was told at one point, byJennifer, that the service manager was involved and would be in contact with me, but that never happened. The only one I heard from was Kyle. Anyway my car is running well now. I keep it serviced and do everything on the service menus, however, I will re-think doing all the recommended service in the future and when I’m ready for a new car I my change brands.
