We dropped off our Bolt for a software update at 9 AM. We were told it would take half the day. We received a call at 1 PM saying the car is ready for pickup. Kyle explained what the software update would provide moving forward. We were very happy with Kyle and the quick update.

There are a lot of people working in the reception area, but they all ignore you for ages before greeting you or helping you. Also, they said my car would be done in half a day, but no one called to say it was done, then finally I called at the end of the day and it was indeed done, but the shuttle was no longer running so I couldn’t get it until the next morning. I wouldn’t rush back there to have my car serviced. There are so many other friendlier places in Novato. The shuttle driver (Steve) is super nice though!!

I have never in my 60 years of owning a vehicle ever experienced the level of care as I did from Jacob. He was so attentive to my needs it just went way beyond the call of duty. In fact the morale at Novato Chevrolet was noticeable. Everybody seemed to enjoy their job and it flowed over to the customers. Hooray to Novato Chevrolet!!!

The extra tire I took home was an OEM self-sealing tire. When I later took a look at the tire, it has a 16d nail sticking straight through the tread! it must have self-sealed. I wonder how many miles we drove with that.
