Confirmed Service Customer
First, my car was not serviced on 2/29. This must be the date my extended warranty company paid after I paid my $200 deductible. My car was first serviced on 2/6. Them I had some issues within a couple days and took it back. It was in the shop then from 2/12 to 2/16. I was told this additional issues had nothing to do with the service. However, considering my service prior to all this took 3 visits to get it right, I was skeptical. My last service, before this one, involved a bad oil filter that leaked all over my driveway and garage. They did finally put a new one on instead of tightening and the leak stopped. This is why I was skeptical. So I guess just bad luck for me with my last two services. I will say Kyle was great. I’m thinking he may not have been in control of what was happening with my car. I was told at one point, byJennifer, that the service manager was involved and would be in contact with me, but that never happened. The only one I heard from was Kyle. Anyway my car is running well now. I keep it serviced and do everything on the service menus, however, I will re-think doing all the recommended service in the future and when I’m ready for a new car I my change brands.
