Confirmed Service Customer
There's not much in the way of customer service/satisfaction. In regards to the latest repair; ONE ACTIVE GRILL SHUTTER FAILED. When a service member tells my wife that a repair part is going to be covered and cost-free, then forgets to hold the part for our scheduled appointment and tells us he "dropped the ball on this", we find this pretty upsetting. We had to get the part ordered again and leave the service center to schedule a future appointment. Then when I spoke with the service manager, he didn't have any sympathy or accountability for his guy messing things up multiple times on us. He simply told me that the part would be fully my responsibility to pay the $1,200 for. I would like to start seeing some accountability at this place, seeing as we're stuck with this as the only Certified GMC service center within 25 miles of our home.
