If the car is having the wheels rotated, the rep should ask about the wheel lock. Requested to check filters and never happened. Found coupons after dropping the car off and in understand that coupons must be presented on checkin. But it would go a long way to at least try to work with the customer. I understand that it doesn't always happen but at least offer $5-10 off to establish a relationship based on the coupon. Overall just lacking the ability to connect with customers. A little bit goes a long way in this world. I'm willing to overpay if the relationship is there. I pay more for the service on my other cars because I trust the establishment and the mechanics. This facility is unfortunately a revolving door of faceless individuals.
