SERVICE CASHIER
Our cashier is available Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.
Conveniently located in the show room, on the West end of the building.
Our cashier is very friendly and accommodating to our customers, making the final transaction smooth, completing the paperwork in a timely manner. When contacting us for a service appointment chances are you will hear their voices on the other end of the call.
PARTS DEPARTMENT
The Parts Department is located through the rear entrance on the West side of the building. Our friendly parts staff is always ready to assist you with any parts or accessory needs.
We carry a large inventory of more than $160,000 worth of genuine GM parts in stock that allows our service team to maintain and repair your vehicle with minimum down time.
ONSTAR VEHICLE DIAGNOSTICS E-MAIL
Every month you can automatically receive an email with the results of hundreds of regular checks of your engine, StabiliTrak, antilock brakes and other key systems. You'll keep on top of vehicle maintenance with email alerts that tell you precisely when to change your oil and put air in your tires. And by simply following the tire pressure alerts and keeping your tires properly inflated, you could same more than $70 on fuel per year.

At Novato Chevrolet, we value your business and want to do everything possible to make sure that your ownership experience is as easy and convenient as possible. Did you know that OnStar also offers a feature called Dealer Maintenance Notification that can let our Service Department when your vehicle requires GM recommended scheduled maintenance? If you choose to opt in to this program OnStar will notify our Dealership when your vehicle needs maintenance service so that I can contact you and make an appointment, thus removing one more thing off of your "to do" list and make it as hassle free as possible to maintain your vehicle. Just like OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics, Dealer Maintenance Notification is included with your OnStar subscription. You can sign up just by pushing the blue OnStar button in your vehicle and asking your OnStar Advisor to sign you up for DMN. You can also visit the My Account page of www.onstar.com to sign up. Our customer service satisfaction survey is our personal report card. This survey is very important to us as a service department and individual employees. The GM survey has 5 different grades offered, but if the score is not "completely satisfied" then we receive a failing grade.
