I was impressed how well the staff worked together after my walk-in to see the Bolt EUV. After a drive with excellent input on how to use the current technology, calm responses to questions during the drive of a car that had only 12 miles on it, I was impressed how we quickly we got through the paper work, with different individuals in different departments that got me seamlessly through the process of purchasing my first EV, the Gray Ghost Metallic Bolt EUV, that I test drove. Thank you!

Very nice experience. Everyone was very helpful and even drove me to a rental car area to help me get back on the road as soon as possible. Fixed the issue that stranded me within hours and gave me tips to help me avoid such a situation in the future.

My problems with my audio system, present since purchased new in January 2023, and made worse several months ago by a probable computer “Upgrade” were not resolved. The rental car that I was provided was the exact same model as my own. Interestingly, it had the exact same problems with the audio system, which I demonstrated to my service advisor. I have no problem with the my service advisor or the service department manager. I believe that the problem lies with GM and it’s failure to stand behind their products. I will not purchase another GM product, nor will I recommend this or any other GM dealership. In the meantime, I am waiting uneasily for the next “Upgrade” and whatever unfixable problems it may create for me.
