Service agent - Noemi - was welcoming and efficient. Dealership was immaculate, especially noticeable in rest room - much appreciated. Service was done quickly; my new Corvette was returned to me promptly.

There's not much in the way of customer service/satisfaction. In regards to the latest repair; ONE ACTIVE GRILL SHUTTER FAILED. When a service member tells my wife that a repair part is going to be covered and cost-free, then forgets to hold the part for our scheduled appointment and tells us he "dropped the ball on this", we find this pretty upsetting. We had to get the part ordered again and leave the service center to schedule a future appointment. Then when I spoke with the service manager, he didn't have any sympathy or accountability for his guy messing things up multiple times on us. He simply told me that the part would be fully my responsibility to pay the $1,200 for. I would like to start seeing some accountability at this place, seeing as we're stuck with this as the only Certified GMC service center within 25 miles of our home.

Our car was there 3 weeks . During that time very little communication on status.On 4/20 I received a diagnosis with I'll call this into your extend warranty and I will have their reply tomorrow. 5/5 I reach out and say hey it's been 2 weeks what's going on with my car? The replay was let me check. Feels like he forgot to call my extended warranty claim in. I asked for a rental car no reply. He forgot to call that in too. 5/23 my car is finally ready. I understand parts were on back order but the communication was poor the whole way through and I feel like the service advisor should have been more proactive all the way around to offer a car for us in the beginning and weekly status updates for the month my car was there. My car is fixed so thanks for that but the rest wasn't great.
