If the car is having the wheels rotated, the rep should ask about the wheel lock. Requested to check filters and never happened. Found coupons after dropping the car off and in understand that coupons must be presented on checkin. But it would go a long way to at least try to work with the customer. I understand that it doesn't always happen but at least offer $5-10 off to establish a relationship based on the coupon. Overall just lacking the ability to connect with customers. A little bit goes a long way in this world. I'm willing to overpay if the relationship is there. I pay more for the service on my other cars because I trust the establishment and the mechanics. This facility is unfortunately a revolving door of faceless individuals.

Everything was great except the cost to replace my windshield wipers was much higher than I would have expected. I bought my Bolt EUV about 6 monthj ago and the wipers were not good when I drove the new car off the lot. I figured I would wait for first service to have these replaced. Upon my service visit, I was informed (politely) that wipers are a "wear and tear" item and not covered under warranty. I then agreed to pay $140 or so (after tax) to have the front pair replaced. When I got home I found replacement wipers on-line for less than $30 each. I feel I was stiffed when not only I bought the car with defective wipers, but also over-charged again when I agreed to pay to replace. I still score the service department high as the personnel at this dealer service was really excellent and polite, and I did agree to pay for the replacement. (I just didn't realize how inexpensive wiper replacements should be at the time.) In the end, I wish GM would put the customer first and make this whole issue right by replacing my wipers without charge.

The car was completely taken care of. No complaints there. I was under the impression that I had my services prepaid for as part of my contract that I signed when I bought the car. I was a bit shocked to find out that I owed over $600 when I cam to pick up my car. I got a text early in the morning that your system was down and that might be the reason why, but I did not think I was going to owe that money. If there is something else I should have done, I would like to know if I ever bring my car
